❌ Order Cancellations (Within 24 Hours)

Changed your mind? No problem!

You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by submitting the form below.


Once 24 hours have passed, the order will already be processed and shipped, and we won’t be able to cancel it.

🔁 Returns & Exchanges (5-Day Window)

If your product is:

Damaged

Defective

Not as described

You can request a return within 5 days of delivery.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, our 5-day easy return policy makes it simple to return the product hassle-free. Just return the item within 5 days of delivery, and we'll provide you with a full refund or exchange. No questions asked!

We will issue a full refund back to your original payment method used IF AND
ONLY IF:
- Your order gets lost while in transit. You may also opt for a return. Return will take 5-9 business days, just like placing a new order.


- You received an incorrect item, size, style, etc.. In this situation, we will require you to send a photo within 5 days of delivery. You may also opt for a Return. Return will take 5-9 business days, just like placing a new order.


- You received a damaged item. We will require you to send a proof of damage. You may also opt for a Return. Return will take 5-9 business days, just like placing a new order.


- If your order is delayed (more than 15 business days) due to reasons we have no
control of like postal delay, we will issue a compensation store credit in the form of a coupon code.
If the product is returned to us due to incorrect address issue or consignee not found, the customer will have to pay the courier charges for resending the product.
